3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. slot8 will never request your password, GCash PIN, or one-time password (OTP) through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility unless you have notified slot8 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

• You must notify slot8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• slot8 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.1 Required Documentation

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit slot8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

slot8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct;
• Continuing the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to slot8;
• The Player has initiated a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal;
• Closure is required to comply with an instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, slot8 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, slot8 may forfeit the balance as liquidated damages. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.

A Player may close their own account at any time by contacting slot8 support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and slot8, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by slot8 may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR through its official channels. slot8 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

slot8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
